If you're on this page, you either took a wrong turn, or you are wondering who I am.

My name is Nikki Thomas.

I have always been involved in fitness in one way or another: I was a competitive skateboarder as a teenager, and after watching Bloodsport, I picked up a phone book and called a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym because I thought it sounded exotic, and that was the next 10 years of my life, sorted.

I hold a purple belt in BJJ, fought as a professional MMA fighter, as well as several amateur boxing and kickboxing fights, and countless BJJ competitions.

It was during this time that I began training others and it eventually became my career.

Over the years I have trained literally thousands of clients in-person and online. My ultimate goal is to create a transformative process that allows individuals to appreciate the incredible capabilities of their bodies. Whether it's conquering a 5-plate deadlift or simply walking downstairs pain-free, the result is the same: empowerment.

No matter what I do, I aim to do it as well as I can. My qualifications include a personal trainer certification, an Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences (Exercise Science) and I also hold Bachelor’s degrees in Human Physiology, and Applied Mathematics.

I pride myself on my ability to explain things clearly and concisely - no matter the person’s initial level of understanding. Having spent many years tutoring mathematics, so believe me I know what it takes to explain things simply, and clearly.

True empowerment is found through education, so I aim to educate every client as well as I can, so they have the tools needed to take their health and fitness into their own hands.
